The villa had everything we needed and was located near the beach and shops & restaurants. the check-in process was easy and our host was flexible with our late check-out. Located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, it was very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ facilities, and sun terrace. Our host was friendly and available if needed.

We would have liked more outside space and additional soft seating. Some of the equipment, like the washing machine and dishwasher, could use an upgrade.

Owners were incredibly helpful and lived just across the street, making it convenient to get any questions answered quickly. The area was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised when the owners ordered food delivery for us upon our late arrival and even provided a welcome pack for breakfast. The pool was perfect for the kids and we enjoyed having BBQs with the available dining tables. The fact that the villa had A/C throughout, including the dining room, was a great bonus. With three bathrooms, it was convenient for our family with kids. The location was ideal, not too far from Pafos and other attractions. It was a relief that there were no additional charges for electricity usage. The free and stable wireless internet was a nice touch. our stay at Sea Point Villas was outstanding. The units at Sea Point Villas are absolutely stunning! The terrace or balcony with sea views will take your breath away. The air-conditioned villa is cozy, with a comfy seating area and a TV to unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms are also air-conditioned, ensuring a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about the bathrooms - they even come with a relaxing bath!

The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the bath in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others would still find it enjoyable.
